How do you handle travel for Synergy Volleyball Club ?

Travel is not included in the cost, as most, if not all players will stay with their family.  We have resources to secure rooms at very good group rates and most teams will communicate and stay at the same places. We don’t believe adding the rates of a hotel to the cost of a players account is reasonable, as the parents will still have to consume the cost of staying at the tournaments.   Clubs add the cost of the hotels to fees to increase their bottom line profit, not as a convenience to the player.  The parents still have to absorb the cost of the hotel to stay and watch their athlete. We don’t get involved in travel, we let you know when and where we play and leave those decisions up to the player and their family.
