Parent Liaison Committee

The Parent Liaison (PL) program is designed to help resolve conflict during the season between parents/players and coaches.  Our coaches volunteer the majority of their time to help your child develop his/her skills and abilities and they deserve a certain level of latitude in their decision making...especially when it comes to game related decisions.  The coaches main responsibility is to coach and not constantly explain why someone didn't play or why they chose a certain line up at a tournament.  No parent is allowed to address the Coach directly on these issues. All concerns must be directed through the Parent Liaison.

Our Parent Liaison program has been successful in helping everyone keep things in perspective and it alleviates our coaches from getting involved with a lot of non-volleyball related matters.  The parents that have been chosen are very familiar with our processes and procedures and they can generally answer most questions before they become concerns.  PL's will be the primary point of contact for ALL matters that come up during the season.  If you want to know when the team is supposed to meet (and can't find it on the website) or if you want to know why they wore the white jersey vs. the navy jersey or anything in between...please contact your team's Parent Liaison.

We ask that while participating in tournaments, any issues not be addressed court side.  Please wait 48 hours before sitting down and typing an email to anyone about the issue .  With a new day comes a new perspective  and sometimes the reasoning why may make a little more sense.

On your teams roster page, you will find who is your Parent Liaison. By clicking on their name, it will show their contact information.
