Apply to receive a scholarship to play volleyball

We offer need based scholarships, ranging from partial to full tuition, to players and their families who need assistance.

It is a mandatory process to complete this application, and submit, either online, or via US Mail, a copy of your families last 2 years of IRS TAX RETURNS.

Upon receiving this information, we will submit your application to our Board of Directors for approval.

* You must not have any outstanding balances owed on your account, or have been sent to collections to apply for assistance.

I understand scholarship opportunities are given on a need basis to players that exemplify characteristics that will benefit our volleyball club and our community. We have a limited number of scholarships and opportunities may be full or partial assistance. My application will not be processed unless I attach or mail in to Synergy Volleyball Club 2 years of IRS tax returns.
Our Board of Directors will make the final decision and you will be contacted with the results.
