When I pay a lot for volleyball, Im getting value and quality for my son / daughter from another higher priced club.

Clubs have large buildings they own, large salaries they pay their owners who are attempting to make volleyball their career and rightfully so. Everything we have is rented and / or leased from season to season, so we dont have the overhead, but we still have the facilities. Its how 90% of all volleyball clubs operate to keep the bottom line down. Having your own gym is great, but its extremely costly , which is passed onto the player in enormous fees.
